According to this online media source specialized in European Football, English Premier League Club CHELSEA FC could make a 20M€ offer to SEVILLA FC for its young Spanish International winger JESUS NAVAS.The move would be during the Winter “transfer window” & taking advantage of the fact that the players contract with Sevilla FC ends
